# Crime Watch: not bottle service

On April 2 at 1 pm

SMPD officers responded to the 1100 block of Ocean Avenue. Based on the information relayed, while attempting to contact an individual acting erratically near the California Incline, a Downtown Safety Ambassador was confronted by a subject that proceeded to pour a bottle of liquor all over them. Officers located the subject, 39 year- old Carlos Andres Herrera, and placed him under arrest without incident.
