SMPD officers responded to 2505 Santa Monica Blvd (CVS) at approximately 8:40 a.m. Store employees stated that a male suspect entered the store and began concealing items within a bag. The male, later identified as Keshawn Douglas, was taken into custody by SMPD officers and ultimately issued a citation for shoplifting.
