Officers arrested Nicholas Eggen for theft. Per the victim, Eggen had stolen their duffle bag while they were gazing off into the distance at the ocean. Upon realizing that Eggen had their bag, the victim gave chase and was able to recover their items. Eggen was issued a citation for theft with a promise to appear in court on July 10, 2023.
