Officer were flagged down by multiple beachgoers near Lifeguard Tower 16 just south of the Santa Monica Pier for a nude male. Officer located the subject, Hector Ricardo Gonzalez, 28 years old, who began to run when approached by officers. Officers arrested Gonzalez who had no clothes and transported him the to Santa Monica Jail for public nudity.
