Officers responded to the 900 block of Palisades Beach Road regarding a subject pacing back and front in front of the Reporting Party’s (RP) home. According to the RP, the subject has been a problem in the past and had burglarized their home a few months back. Furthermore, the RP continuously makes claims about being the rightful owner of the home and will become agitated and verbally aggressive. Andre Marc Lewis was arrested for 647(h)P.C.- Prowling and 11364(a)(1)H&S- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
