Officers stopped a vehicle after observing that the front passenger was not wearing a seatbelt. Upon making contact with the driver, Officers noticed marijuana and open beer bottles in the vehicle. The driver admitted he was driving without a license and had smoked marijuana throughout the day, he was subjected to standard field sobriety tests. Ultimately, Luis Fernando Campos was arrested for 23152(g) VC- Driving Under the Influence of Combined Alcohol and Drugs and 12500 (a) VC - Driving Without a License. Campos’ vehicle was impounded and he was later issued a notice to appear in court and released.
