**On Friday, February 19 at 4:01 p.m.**

Officers were flagged down on the 1500 block of 2nd Street regarding a subject who was acting erratic. The subject matched the description of the Suspect from an earlier call who had been throwing items at downtown ambassadors and security from the Mac Cosmetics store. Upon contact with the Suspect, Officers learned he was under the influence of methamphetamine. Damion Lorenzo Jimmerson was arrested for 647(F)PC- Public Intoxication and a Stay Away order from the downtown area was requested. A records check also found that Jimmerson was on probation for a 211PC- Robbery and a 245(A)PC- Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
