Crime Watch – Dine and Dash

Officers responded to the Mariasol restaurant regarding a theft investigation. Upon arrival officers learned that Ayanda Mdledle entered the restaurant, ate $88.97 worth of food, and walked out without paying. The restaurant manager provided the officers with a description of the Mdledle and desired prosecution for the theft. Officers were able to locate Mdledle on the pier and placed him under arrest. Ayanda Mdledle, 36, from Los Angeles was arrested for defrauding an Innkeeper and released on a citation to appear in court.
