# Crime Watch – Disturbance at a Business

On Friday, November 6th 9:45 a.m.

Officers were dispatched to McDonald’s on the 1500 block of 2nd St. due to a “Disturbance at a Business.” Upon arrival, Officers were told that a customer was refusing to wear a mask. The store manager had asked the customer to put on a mask several times and offered to give him one, but the subject refused. When Officers approached the subject and asked him to put on a mask, he again refused. Officers explained that if he continued to refuse to wear a mask, the business would ask him to leave and if he refused to leave, he would now be trespassing. Ultimately, Joshua Anthony Dimmick was arrested for 602(L) PC-Trespassing and was later cited and released per COVID policy.
