On Thursday, January 20 at 8:30 p.m.
Officers responded to the 2000 block of 14th St due to an intoxicated tenant causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the belligerent tenant and requested he return back inside. After refusing for some time, the subject eventually returned to his apartment. As Officers contacted the reporting party they could hear the subject begin screaming again and becoming further aggravated. Due to the continuous behavior, Janos Szucs was arrested for Disturbing the Peace.
