Police arrested three individuals following a series of burglaries that targeted at least six businesses in Marina del Rey and the Venice area.
Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department's Pacific Division responded to a 1:20 a.m. call regarding a shattered window at the Ulta Beauty store located at 13455 Maxella Ave.
A bystander reported witnessing the break-in at Ulta Beauty. He approached the scene and managed to detain one of the suspects attempting to flee through the damaged window until law enforcement arrived.
The spree extended to multiple businesses, including those within a shopping center on the 4200 block of South Lincoln Boulevard, according to police reports.
