Officers responded to Marisol restaurant located at 401 Santa Monica Pier. They were informed by restaurant staff that a male subject ate at their restaurant and then left without paying. The suspect was located on the pier ramp and positively identified. Charles Cleavs McCaslan, 33, from Agoura Hills was arrested for defrauding an innkeeper. Bail was set at $500.
