On May 27 at 7:30 pm near 30th and Ocean Park
Officers were approached by a passerby that reported a nude male on a nearby public sidewalk. Officer located Laurence Durr, completely nude from the waist down. Officers offered Durr an emergency blanket as a cover, but it was refused. Based on Durr’s refusal to cover, he was arrested for public nudity.
