Crime Watch: Say it, don’t spray it

On Oct. 17 at 10:25 a.m., officers responded to the area of 4th and Olympic for an assault call. Upon arrival they met with a victim who stated a male suspect spat on her after she arrived in the area to panhandle. The suspect was found in the immediate area. The victim placed the suspect under private person’s arrest. Jerry Edward Harrison, 51, homeless, was booked for battery and three outstanding warrants. His bail was set at $81,500.
