On Saturday, February 24, at approximately 11:06pm
Santa Monica Police Department officers overheard what sounded like an argument on the 2900 block of Main Street, while stopped at a red light. The officers observed an individual pick up a steel stool and throw it at a couple sitting at a nearby table.
The two officers quickly approached the subject, who had now lifted his skateboard and began walking toward the victims, and quickly brought him down to the ground and handcuffed him. The suspect showed visible signs of intoxication.
Issac Ignacio Perez-Caseres was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and public intoxication.
