On December 30, 2019 at approximately 3:15 a.m. in the 1600 block of Lincoln
Officers observed a vehicle with an equipment violation. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver immediately exited the vehicle. The driver was ordered to get back into their car. Officers observed an alcoholic beverage in the center console of the car and another on the floorboard. Officers noticed the driver was displaying symptoms of being under the influence. The driver was arrested for DUI and for driving with a suspended license due to a prior DUI. Demian Eduardo Graullera, 23, from Lancaster was arrested for DUI combined alcohol/drug, possession of marijuana while driving, driving on a suspended License and no license plate lamp. Bail was set at $15,000.
