On April 23 at approximately 3:50 a.m.
Officers responded to a radio call for service of a traffic collision, regarding a vehicle striking an apartment building, in the 1800 block of Ocean Park Blvd. Officers conducted an investigation for driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The driver, Mark Anthony Garcia, 55 of Inglewood , was arrested and cited for misdemeanor driving under the influence and outstanding warrants.
