On September 26, 219 at 10:30 p.m.
Officers responded to the Jack in the Box in the 800 block of Santa Monica for an Assault with a Deadly Weapon. They met with an eyewitness who told them, they had observed two men outside of the restaurant facing one another. One of the men looked like he punched the other in the stomach. Both men walked away in different directions. When Officers arrived, it was determined the man who had been punched was in fact stabbed. The suspect was located in the area with the weapon and taken into custody. Anthony Lindsey, 40, was placed under arrest.
