After a long summer of burning, peeling and tanning, your skin may be fried. You can find out if it is at the Santa Monica Pier next weekend.

Credentialed UCLA dermatologists can check arms, legs, necks and back recommendations in caring for your skin in the future. If the dermatologists spot anything suspicious, you can make an appointment for a more thorough examination at UCLA Medical Center.

Dermatologists will be on hand from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13 and Sunday, Sept. 14 on the north side of the pier parking lot. Doctors also will have literature on protecting your skin from the sun and other skin cancer prevention.

For more information, call (310) 794-0777.
