Music and skate fans of all ages are invited to attend the “Summer Strummer Festival,” a music, skate and lifestyle extravaganza to be held at Santa Monica’s Bergamot Station art gallery. The day-long Labor Day weekend event will feature more than 40 bands on three stages, an afternoon skateboarding expo, autograph session and Gibson guitar giveaways. General admission tickets are $30 in advance and $40 at the door. Limited VIP tickets are also available for $60.

A portion of the proceeds will go to VH1 Save the Music Foundation and the Los Angeles Ballet.

Doors open at 11 a.m., and the music will run from noon to 10 p.m.
