Looking for a scary good time? Come meet celebrities, trick-or-treat, eat food, meet cartoon characters and more, all while helping feed and clothe kids with AIDS.

Jamie Lee Curtis will host the 11th Annual Dream Halloween Fundraiser of the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation (CAAF). Other stars at the event will include Doris Roberts, Ray Romano and Daryl Sabara. Elizabeth Taylor will receive the “Celebrity Hero Award.”

The fundraiser is open to the public, and families are invited to come in costume to enjoy meeting their favorite cartoon characters, play games, and create arts and crafts. Tickets are $300 for adults and $250 for children. All proceeds go to the daily needs of children who are affected by AIDS.

The annual event has generated funds to help AIDS patients for more than a decade.

“Seeing the joy in the faces of the children we have aided is the fuel that keeps me going. And as our signature fundraising event, Dream Halloween is the major source of funds behind the $16 million that we have raised to help kids in need during the past 11 years,” said Joe Cristina, founder and board chairperson of CAAF.

CAAF grants range from $2,000 to $25,000 and are made to non-profit agencies to assist children with AIDS in the areas of food, transportation, clothing, medical and mental health care and more.

The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 30 at the Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. For tickets and information, call Lauran Huff at (310) 201-5033.
