# Hillary isn’t very honest

Meredith Carroll’s article ( “Time for Women to start fighting back,” page 5, March 6) is semi-amusing yet remarkably incorrect in almost every way. First of all, Hillary is not a target “because she’s a strong woman.” Hillary is a “target” because she is dishonest, far less accomplished than she pretends to be, and would be nowhere politically if she (did) not marr(y) Bill, who is the one genius in the family. She is anything but “extraordinarily qualified,” except to the extent that she is very well-qualified to suck in millions of female voters simply because she would be the first female president. Also, as a confirmation of Hillary’s value system, she is running a very sleazy campaign right out of the Rove playbook. Any other candidate from either party would be a far better president and God help us all if Hillary manages to sleaze her way into the White House. If that red phone rings at 3 a.m. and Hillary answers, we had better all head for the border.
