And all this time we’ve been thinking City Council would see the wisdom of requiring designated docking for ALL rented scooters and bikes — along with hefty penalties for violators. Such a logical pedestrian and resident friendly solution to the problem of bikes and scooters left in dangerous awkward places — how naive of us! Perhaps a massive class action lawsuit, protests and recall petitions will get their attention. Anyone interested?
