On November 14, at 7 p.m.

Downtown Service Officers were in the area of 300 Broadway when they noticed a vehicle parked and blocking the loading dock to Structure 7. Officers made contact with the vehicle and driver to advise of the municipal code violation. The vehicle was running but the driver shared the car did not belong to him and he did not have the key fob to the car so he could not move it. A family member had it and would be returning shortly. Investigation revealed the vehicle’s registration was expired for over a year, the driver to be in possession of fake identification documents, on probation for evading arrest and had a warrant. Ceferino Aurelio Miller, 42, from Norwalk, was arrested for forgery and a felony warrant. Bail was set at $70,000.
