Legendary comedian and television host Jay Leno will headline "Stand Up for Pali," Palisades Charter High School's annual fundraising gala and auction, donating his entire appearance fee back to the school.
The event comes at a critical time for the Pali High community following the devastating Palisades wildfire, which disrupted campus life and created urgent needs across student programs and activities.
The gala's name carries dual meaning: guests are invited to support Pali students through fundraising while enjoying an evening of professional stand-up comedy.
Organizers say the online auction is central to the event, featuring items and experiences including luxury travel packages, entertainment and sports experiences, premium dining opportunities and local services, many available below market value.
The gala brings together parents, alumni and community supporters for entertainment, dining, live music and fun.
The event is presented by the Palisades Charter High School Booster Club, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All proceeds are tax-deductible and directly support student programs, activities and educational experiences.
