Jean McNeil Wyner died this week due to complications from Covid-19.

Wyner spent decades working for multiple community organizations such as PAL, YWCA, YMCA, SMC, the Salvation Army, Kiwanis, Rotary, Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce, and the Santa Monica Breakfast Club.

“Jean was committed to community service in our city for over 30 years and received many awards. She received the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce President’s Awards in 1988, 1997, 2002, 2003, 2009, and 2010; and the Roy E. Naylor Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008,” said a statement by Chamber President/CEO Laurel Rosen.
