The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH), in partnership with the California Department of Health Care Services' CalHOPE Program, will continue offering mental health and supportive services through June 2026 for residents displaced or affected by the 2025 Eaton and Palisades Fires.
Two walk-in centers operate Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.:
Eaton Fire Collaborative: 540 W. Woodbury Road, Altadena 91001
Palisades Fire Collaborative: 15247 La Cruz Drive, Los Angeles 90272
Services include individual and family counseling, crisis stabilization, support groups, case management, wellness activities, and referrals to additional resources. Funding is provided through a SAMHSA Emergency Response Grant targeting those experiencing trauma, adjustment disorder, or mental health challenges related to fire losses.
A fire support line at (833) 659-0600 connects callers to mental health professionals. Additional resources are available through the 24/7 LA County Help Line at (800) 854-7771, the CalHOPE Warm Line at (833) 317-HOPE (4673), and SAMHSA's Disaster Distress Helpline at (800) 985-5990.
