The proposed Frank Gehry building is striking and iconic. It appears to be some white mystery fabric billowing and undulating in the sea breeze.

Its presence would bring an influx of sophisticated and prosperous visitors to our fair little city by the sea.

"It's the economy, stupid" — plus a vision.
