The City Council claims it needs to impose another fee on Santa Monica businesses in order to improve traffic ("Businesses howl over new transportation fee," Aug. 29). Our anti-business City Council can easily fix the traffic congestion it created by restoring all the traffic lanes it has removed over the years, and do away with bus-only lanes and bike lanes.
