You, Dog Owner, are a hypocrite! You leave your dog alone when you leave early in the day for school or work and return later in the day. And the poor animal barks all day, thinking it has been abandoned. That is cruel. If you can't properly take care of your dog, give it to someone who can take care of it. Your dog and your neighbors will thank you.
