Regarding Don Wagner's letter about disabled placard abuse ("Down with fakes," Letters to the Editor, April 2), lots of people appear to be healthy by their brisk walking — I for one. Per my doctor's orders, not only did I have a stent put in, but I am fighting prostate cancer and, yes, I have a disabled placard.
