I am shocked and dismayed \[by the\] 30-minute maximum parking limit at the main Santa Monica post office. All Santa Monica residents should be made aware of the glaring error on the part of City Hall.

We all know it can take up to 1 1/2 hours or more to conduct business at the post office, depending on what hour you arrive, and amount of packages you bring. I have seen people come in with handcarts loaded with over 100 packages. Shame on City Hall for what amounts to entrapment and ignorance.
