Dear Santa Monica City Council,
I urge you to support the homeowners and residents of Santa Monica and protect the Village Trailer Park.
We need livable, affordable homes for Santa Monica. Not tiny box-like apartments in oversized developments.
This is a deal that does not have to be made — the buyer purchased the land and it is zoned for a trailer park. Just say no.
Santa Monica needs to focus to limit growth and density and to build/create affordable homes for its residents and workers.
Let's keep the park the way it is.
