Your election guide, particularly the interviews with the City Council candidates, was illuminating and a great public service. I'm new in town, and all I knew was whose yard signs I'd seemed to see the most — not a good way to be informed. The pat answers in the official voter guide weren't much help either. Your interviews gave me a much better sense of the candidates and made me feel confident in my vote — whether or not the candidates were well represented in the front yards of my neighborhood.
