Bravo to the Santa Monica Symphony Orchestra for an outstanding performance last night at a packed Barnum Hall. Their performance of Stravinsky's Firebird Suite received a standing ovation and proved what a world-class orchestra we have. Santa Monica residents are truly fortunate to have these free concerts 5 times a year. They will also be performing at Disney Hall on August 16.
