Michael Ryan: I just have to tell you how much I enjoyed your restaurant review on fish ‘n chips ("Angling for the best fish ‘n chips," Tour de Feast, Oct. 13-14). How very honest you are! Not only did it make me laugh, it told me where to go to get a good ol' British meal.
Now I'm going to have to check the paper every day looking for more of your culinary reviews.
Thank you, Santa Monica Daily Press, for putting out such a great little paper. It's an excellent must read.
