Officers responded to Walgreens at 1911 Lincoln Blvd regarding a male subject exposing himself. The reporting party advised that the male subject was in the parking lot following female customers as they were exiting the store and exposing his genitalia. The subject was located in the parking lot and taken into custody. Dershawn Dee Fowler, 35, homeless, was arrested for indecent exposure, lewd conduct and a probation violation. Bail was set at $10,000.
