On November 12, at about 1:21 a.m.

Officers located a subject in front of the Public Safety Facility – 333 Olympic Drive – acting strange and hallucinating. A computer check revealed an outstanding No-bail felony warrant for cocaine sales from Long Beach Police Department. Officers located a passport and a driver’s license belonging to another person. Kevin Carl Kendricks, 55, was arrested for an outstanding narcotics warrant and appropriation of lost property. He was denied bail.
