On October 25, at about 9:58 p.m.
Officers responded to a radio call for service in the area of Ocean Avenue and Broadway regarding a subject brandishing a knife. The reporting party indicated the subject was pointing the knife at a person. Officers located the subject sitting on bench in Palisades Park. Officers discovered the subject was on parole for possession of a dirk or dagger. Officer recovered a knife that was protruding from his left front pant pocket. The subject was placed under arrest. Roger Kiskaden, 49, was arrested for possession of a knife and a parole violation. He was denied bail.
