On November 15, at about 3:20 p.m.
Officers responded to a radio call for service regarding a petty theft at the CVS – 1411 Lincoln Blvd. Officers located the subject involved in the 1100 block of Santa Monica Blvd. Officers learned the subject entered the store and selected merchandise from the sales floor, food and beer valued at over $45.00, and exited the store without paying for any of the merchandise. All of the merchandise was recovered and the store was desirous of prosecution. Matthew Daniel Richwalski, 33, homeless was arrested for petty theft. Bail was set at $500.
