I see that I have started a trend for husbands taking the sur-name of their wives, and the sur-name that was changed was Bijon. Hmmmm. Now, when I did it back in 2002, a certain journalist who works in this city tried to imply that I had something to hide because I was running for city council, under a different name. She was a women, and most women applauded the symbolism of what I was doing, while some men assumed I was whipped. I am pleased to see that now I have at least one man who is emulating my example.
