Missing Santa Monica girl Mychelle Dias Hespanhol has been found unharmed

Missing Santa Monica girl, Mychelle Dias Hespanhol, has been found physically unharmed. Following posts on social media by family and the Police Department, Hespanhol was found on Thursday afternoon and taken to a hospital for evaluation.

"Mychelle has been found! she is physically OK, but mentally, she's not. She has been taken to the hospital where she will stay till her father arrives in CA. Thank you everyone that helped spread the word, we are so grateful for all your support and prayers, thank you!!!" Hespanhol's aunt VĂ¢nia Oliveira posted on Facebook.

Before bing found, Hespanhol was last seen on August 11 near 4th and Broadway. The description said that, "Mychelle, 26 years old, is 5'3" and weighed approximately 128 lbs with brown hair and green eyes. She may suffer from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder."

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Santa Monica Police Department Watch Commander, which is 24 hour number, at 310-458-8427.
