In the interest of those living at the Village Trailer Park, the council is being asked to approve a consulting contract with Del Richardson & Associates, Inc., to study the impact the closure will have on park residents.

The contract is for $86,500\. The impact report, as well as a relocation plan are required pursuant to state law since City Hall has entered into a development agreement with the park’s owner. The Village currently has 109-rent-controlled spaces, of which approximately 83 are occupied. The plans to demolish the park and build a mixed-use project.
