On September 4, at about 10:38 p.m.
Officers responded to a radio call for service at a business in the 600 block of Broadway regarding the reporting party seeing three subjects seen entering the business.
Officers arrived to the location and spoke to the witness.
Officers searched the business and located two suspects –a male and female. No additional suspects were located.
The suspects appeared to have ransacked through items in the business.
The suspects were taken into custody. Joseph Vincent Ramirez, 34, homeless, was arrested for burglary and a probation violation. He was denied bail.
AnnMarie Marquez, 36, homeless was arrested for burglary and a probation violation. She was denied bail.
