Officers responded to Santa Monica College Police Station to a disturbing of the peace call.  The reporting party had informed officers that they had just ended their relationship and since the breakup, her ex was sending death threats.

Officers were able to locate the suspect and he was arrested for criminal threats and for being in possession of narcotics. Robert Emilio Martinez, 36, from Santa Monica was arrested for criminal threats, a health and safety code violation and possession of another’s identification card with the intent to defraud. Bail was set at $50,000.
