*By David Alsabery Santa Monica*

As one of the only Republicans in Santa Monica, it is embarrassing that (former New York City Mayor Rudy) Guiliani received 5 percent of the vote in the California Republican Primary with (former U.S. Sen. Fred) Thompson not far behind with 3 percent. This means 8 percent of the Republicans in California are so stupid that they voted for two people that dropped out of the race. Yes, 161,578 of our fellow citizens voted for someone that is no longer in the race. No other states in the union demonstrated this level of stupidity. With 115,778 votes, more Californians voted for Guiliani in their primary than all of the other primaries on Super Tuesday combined. So remember, every time you meet a Republican in California, that one out of 20 of them voted for Guiliani. DUMB!
