On February 15 at approximately 3:15 p.m.

Officers responded to a “suspicious person call” in the 1100 block of Ocean Park Boulevard. Comments to the call indicated a community member was driving southbound on 11th Street approaching Ocean Park Boulevard when they observed a person peering into the window of an apartment. The motorist called the police and followed the person who fled the location on foot. The motorist directed officers to the person’s current location, where he was detained without incident. Follow up was conducted at apartment. The unit was an occupied dwelling. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a small quantity of methamphetamine, and narcotics paraphernalia. William Joseph Igbo, 24, was booked for peeping in to inhabited dwelling, possession of controlled substance and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
