Crime Watch – Phoning in the crime

On Jan. 30 at approximately 6 p.m., officers responded to a grand theft that just occurred. Officers met with the victim and learned that a subject grabbed a cellphone out of the victim’s hand and walked away. Suspect was located nearby and taken into custody without incident. Bathololmew Able Tillman, 44, homeless, was arrested for grand theft. Bail was set at $25,000.
