# Pico roads to be repaired

*REPAIRING ROADS IN PICO*

A series of streets in the Pico Neighborhood are expected to be resurfaced under an estimated $447,000 project that would repair street pavement, sidewalks, driveways and curbs.

Sequel Contractors could be asked to take on the project, which includes the area bounded by Cloverfield Boulevard to the east, Pico Boulevard to the south, Lincoln Boulevard to the west and the I-10 Freeway to the north.

The locations, which include stretches of 22nd Street and Delaware Avenue, were identified as needing repair.

“Failure to complete the repairs will lead to further deterioration of the streets and sidewalks and higher liability exposure,” the staff reports stated.
