Several Santa Monica Police Department officers were promoted Wednesday.

Candice Cobarrubias, Thomas McLaughlin and Saul Rodriguez were promoted to Captain.

Christopher Skogh and Michael Federico were promoted to Police Lieutenant.

Douglas Woodhams, Blake Cooper and Robert Paschal were promoted to Police Sergeant.
